The Brick Lane Unseen Tour starts at Liverpool Street station, a key hub in the fast-paced City of London, and wanders through the main and back streets of Spitalfields Market and Brick Lane, finishing in Hoxton Square. This multicultural area, a primer for trade unions, women’s equality and the Labour party is no longer a melting pot of the poor but now trendy and expensive. Our guide, an East Londoner who has played, worked and slept rough in the streets will lead you on this antithesis of a Ripper style tour.
The Brick Lane tour lasts about 1 hour 30 minutes. At the end of each tour, your guide will point you to a historical local pub or cosy cafe where you can continue to enjoy London… why not ask the guide to join you?
The Brick Lane tour happens every Friday through to Sunday, starting at 7pm on Fri (Please note Friday evenings are bookings only) and 3pm Sat/Sun. We meet at the Kindertransport statue outside the Liverpool Street Exit of Liverpool Street station – look out for our homemade signs!
Tickets cost £10 or £7 for students. Click here to book online…or be spontaneous and just turn up at the meeting point on Saturday and Sunday!
And remember that we also do flexible bookings for groups of five people or more at any other time Monday – Friday, perfect for team-building awaydays, school outings or just a group of friends looking for an unusual, fun day out!
