This is the perfect route for those of you who love following your noses and venturing off the beaten track! Discover street art, squats and Shakespeare in the heart of London’s buzzing East End. Our guide also tracks the politicised way in which this trendy part of London has been gentrified over the past couple of decades, discussing some of the effects this has had on the area’s poorer people and the homeless.
The Shoreditch tour lasts about 1 hour 30 minutes. At the end of each tour, your guide will point you to a historical local pub or cosy cafe where you can continue to enjoy London… why not ask the guide to join you?
The Shoreditch tour happens every Friday through to Sunday, starting at 7pm on Fri (Please note Friday evenings are bookings only) and 3pm Sat/Sun. We meet above Exit 1 of Old Street tube – look out for our homemade cardboard sign!
**Please note that our Shoreditch tour guide, Henri, will be away from Wednesday 2nd October to Saturday 19th October, so the Shoreditch tour will not be running during this time**
Tickets cost £10 or £7 for students. Click here to book online… or be spontaneous and just turn up at the meeting point on Saturday and Sunday!
And remember that we also do flexible bookings for groups of five people or more at any other time Monday – Friday, perfect for team-building awaydays, school outings or just a group of friends looking for an unusual, fun day out! Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 07514 266 774/5 to reserve.
We also provide two free places per tour for people who are unable to pay and/or are accompanying someone as a carer. Please call the number above to arrange, and feel free to give us a ring if you have any questions about the tours or trouble finding us.
